Dispute of fixed premium

This is a tax paid to ARSEL by all those using electricity for commercial purposes. It depends on the subscribed load and time of use. This premium was cancelled for private customers. Customers sometimes dispute this premium because it is considered too high by them.

The following documents should be provided to make this complaint:

• A hand written request
• A location plan
• A previous bill.
• A photocopy of the ID card or articles of association of the company
• Evidence of ownership or occupation of premises
• Trade registration certificate
