Cut of network without information
In case of power cut, Eneo Cameroon shall be required to inform customers under the following the conditions:
- If the power cut is justified by works on the network; Eneo Cameroon is required to first inform affected customers through the press within a period of at least 72 hours prior to the execution of the said work;
- If the power cut is due to external incidents or events (line tripping, atmospheric disturbances, accidents, network collapses, or any other fortuitous event outside the control of Eneo Cameroon); Eneo Cameroon will be required to inform any customer upon request, about the origin of the power cut within 72 hours of receipt of the request.
