Cancelling my subscription
You wish to TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION as quickly as possible.
A termination contract entails a suspension of electricity supply and removal of the meter. The meter will be read at the termination of the contract.
Kindly go to your agency with your complete file.
Documents required for a termination:
• Letter requesting the termination of the contract
• Copy of national identity card or other identification paper
If the customer needs to be reimbursed, he or she should present:
• The original copy of the subscription contract
• The receipt of ASC (Consumption Deposit) payment
• Copy of national identity card or other identification paper
NB: (1) Copies of receipts, even certified true copies, and declarations of loss of receipts will not be accepted
NB: (2) The request for reimbursement must be made by the Customer. Powers of attorney will not be accepted.
ASCs of LV Customers are reimbursed at the termination of the contract by deduction of outstanding payments (consumption bill, fraud regularisation bill, etc).
NB: (3) If the amount reimbursable exceeds CFAF 75 000, the payment will be made by cheque into the bank account you will provide to Eneo.
