Eneo Maroua has a new head office. The laying of the foundation stone for a second agency is underway in Garoua

“Today, we are delighted to lay the foundation stone for the future Eneo Garoua 2 agency. Today, in Garoua, we have 2 agencies on the same site, with a total of 70 500 customers.

With the galloping urbanisation of the beautiful city of Garoua since the 2021 African Cup of Nations and the arrival of the university, several new neighbourhoods have sprung up. Eneo is supporting this development by ensuring that these new districts and customers have electricity, and also by building modern customer facilities to welcome and serve them properly,” declared Amine Homman Ludiye, General Manager of Eneo, who was alongside the Governor of the North Region, Jean Abate Edi’i.

In Maroua, the Governor of the Far North Region, Midjiyawa Bakari, was at the inauguration ceremony for Eneo's new regional head office. This modern building is designed to provide comfort and security for both staff and customers, as well as meeting the needs of a growing city.

These ceremonies were held on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 November 2024, alongside the celebration of dozens of deserving Eneo employees who received labour medals of honour.
