Eneo Cameroon informs its customers in Bonaberi,  Moungo and Nkam division, West, North West and South West regions    that it would execute works on the reinforcement of the capacity of the transmission line that powers their localities.

Eneo Cameroon announces to its Douala customers that some major work will take place on Saturday, 12th March 2016 at the Koumassi substation and on Sunday, 13th March 2016 at the Bassa, Deido and Makepe substations.

An incident occurred on Saturday 12 March 2016 at 2pm at the transformer station at Oyomabang in Yaounde. One of the 02 (Two) 225/90KV power transformers tripped due to an internal fault. Diagnosis revealed that this transformer is seriously damaged and cannot be used, thus occasioning at the same time a capacity shortfall of almost 70 MW.

Eneo Cameroon S.A. wishes to inform its customers in the North, Far North and Adamaoua Regions that there has been insufficient rainfall around the catchment area of the Lagdo Hydro-powered Plant’s reservoir dam, which has negatively affected generation and the continuous supply of electricity in the Northern part of the country.
