• Create MyEasylight accounts and have the opportunity to receive one of the numerous prizes offered by Eneo Cameroon (smartphones, tablets, and other gadgets)... All in one click!
Furthermore, with MyEasyLight, my online agency in one click, you can receive electronic bills, read your meter index yourself, receive alerts on various kinds of incidents, and receive information on scheduled works.
MyEasyLight is the online agency of Eneo Cameroon. Without moving about and via their laptops or smart phones, Eneo customers have access to all these services.
- 124, 000 new customers registered on MyEasyLight, increasing the number of customers who have adopted this solution to 176,000;
- The percentage of claims and complaints treated online was 95%;
- 500 online applications for connection have been treated.
At Promote 2017, we do not only share easy access to our services via the online agency, we also share the energy of Cameroon and information on the programs we have for our customers.
