Improving the Stability of Power Supply in the North West Region

In a bid to improve the stability of power supply to its customers in the North West region, Eneo Cameroon S.A announces that it will carry out some major work on its network on Sunday, 14 May 2017 from   6 P.M to 1 P.M.

The work mainly involves the installation of new equipment at the Bekoko interconnected substation serving the Grand West area. The new equipment aims at improving the stability of the power system and reducing the risk of occurrence of incidents. 

During the operations, power supply will be disrupted or interrupted in localities of the North West region .

Eneo advises all customers affected to use alternative sources of energy if need be,

• and to unplug all delicate appliances
• and to reconnect them at least 15 minutes after the effective restoration of power.
