Eneo announces Major Preventive Maintenance Work in the West Region

In a bid to stabilize power supply to its customers in the West Region, Eneo announces that some major work will take place at the Bafoussam supply substation on Sunday, 26 February 2017, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The work involves the preventive maintenance of equipment of the said substation, in order to ensure reliability and greater availability, with the purpose being to improve service quality.

In order to facilitate the work of our technicians, power supply shall be interrupted from 6 a.m. 3 p.m. in the following localities : Bafousam Ville, Foumban, Foumbot, Bayangam, Batie, Baham and Bandjoun.

Eneo advises its customers in these localities to use alternative energy sources if necessary, and,

• to unplug all sensitive appliances and
• to reconnect them at least 15 minutes after the effective restoration of power.
