Eneo Cameroon commissions a second power transformer at its Bonabéri substation this Sunday between 5 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
Eneo Cameroon informs its customers in Bonaberi that it will commission a power transformer at the Bonaberi substation. Connection works and commissioning of the equipment will take place on Sunday, September 4 as from 5 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Once the power transformer is installed, it will double the transit capacity of the substation.
The operation will also improve the reliability of the facility. The availability of two transformers at the Bonabéri substation will help in reducing the response time of this facility in case of failure. It will offer the possibility of connecting other customers to the network .
During works on Sunday at the Bonabéri substation, from 5 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and for safety reasons, customers in Bonaberi will be disconnected.
Eneo Cameroon recommends that customers should:
- Disconnect all their devices and
- To reconnect them only 15 minutes after the effective return of energy.
