Nanga Eboko: Colleagues & Customers Treated to Comfort as New Agency Opens

Opening of a new Eneo agency in Nanga Eboko to improve the comfort of our clients and employees.

   

     

This is the stuff Make Eneo Great Again (MEGA) is made of. Moving from an agency that was run-down and inaccessible to our customers during the rainy season to a cosier setting helps restore our company’s past glory.

The new agency reeks of novelty. The road to the agency is now accessible; the buildings are looking good, sparkly colourful; and customers are delighted. "We were like abandoned sheep. Here, the setting is comfortable and we are even happy to come pay our bills,” a customer admitted.

This project was realised thanks to the boost to social dialogue from our General Manager. “The voice of Staff Representatives was heard. Employees used to work in a flooded environment and customers trudged to get to the agency. That is now a distant memory,” explains Tony Joss, Regional Directors for the Centre Region.
