Disconnection and reconnection

Your power supply may be disconnected for one of the following reasons:

• late payment of bills
• Tampering with your meter
• Upon request.

If despite these provisions the bill is not paid within 60 days following the deadline for payment; Eneo Cameroon may cancel the subscription concerned notwithstanding possible legal action or removal of the connection.

Reconnection

Eneo Cameroon is required to reconnect power supply after payment at the Eneo Cameroon Sales point where the Customer is subscribed. If it fails to meet the terms and deadline of reconnection as defined in Article 14.5, Eneo Cameroon shall automatically grant the customer concerned a delay daily credit of 2% of the average monthly electricity bills for the last 12 months during which the service was provided.

Reconnection Cost

Reconnection costs are not penalties levied on defaulting subscribers. They are applied to pay for the costs (labour, transport, etc.) incurred by Eneo Cameroon for the restoration of power supply.
