CALL FOR THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST N ° 01/DAPP/DCOM/2020 OF 08/21/2020 FOR THE PREQUALIFICATION OF COMPANIES WITH A VIEW TO SUB-CONTRACTING METER-READING AND DISTRIBUTION OPERATIONS

VIII- CONTEXT AND JUSTIFICATION
In view of improving the quality of service, ENEO Cameroon wishes to renew its Meter-Reading and Distribution contracts.
To this end, ENEO Cameroon is launching a call for the expression of interest for the selection of potential business partners with a view to participating in a call for tenders for commercial operations in Meter-Reading and Distribution.
IX- PURPOSE
The purpose of this call for THE expression of interest is to select potential business partners for the subcontracting of commercial operations in Meter-Reading and Distribution, for electrical energy consumption supply points throughout nationwide using a new approach.
X- COMPANY PROFILE
The company should be one with proven experience in the electrical energy sector or similar services, with adequate financial capacity to carry out these operations according to ENEO Cameroon's new quality standards.
XI- COMPOSITION OF FILE
The file for the call for the expression of interest, which is exclusively electronic, will include:
- A cover letter, with company letterhead, duly signed by the manager of the company, and including the contact details of the bidder, including the email address, serving as the company's official communication channel, for this file.
- A list of references in identical and similar services carried out with the supporting documents.
XII- SUBMISSION OF FILE
Calls for the expression of interest will be made exclusively electronically by sending the file to the following Email address: AOS.DAP@eneo.cm by 4 September 2020 at 3 p.m. (UTC + 1) at the latest.
XIII- ELIGIBILITY TO THE CALL FOR TENDERS
Upon receipt of the expression of interest and prequalification file, the bidder will receive the call for tenders file at his email address mentioned in his cover letter.
XIV- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION

The purpose of this call for the expression of interest is to select potential business partners for the subcontracting of commercial cash-collection operations, of consumption supply points for electrical energy nationwide using a new work approach. These cash-collection activities comprise:
- Disconnections/Reconnections
- Fight against fraud (NTL)
- Installation of meters
